"After 5 years of dreaming and designing our future home, it came time to pick a contractor/builder. Since our plan was to make this our home for the next 40+ years, we didn’t take this task lightly. We researched the internet, we talked to people in the business, we talked with people who had recently built a home and then we interviewed a select few that had made it onto our list. After our interview with Wade Hoyt and his staff, we knew in our hearts this was the right builder for us!

We were impressed initially with their professionalism and expertise yet the atmosphere of the office was fun and enthusiastic! We always found Wade and his staff to be prepared, knowledgeable and willing to listen to OUR needs and ideas! This was important to us since we had many personal ideas and goals for each space. The very few changes that had to be made were very painless and Wade made sure we understood why things had to be changed and asked for our opinions. Also, Wade’s follow-up was incredible, any time a problem did arise, things were taken care of immediately and this was true even after we had moved in and found things that needed some attention. We always felt that Wade was our advocate and was always fighting for us and our ultimate goal!

It is probably worth mentioning that we were expecting our third child a month after the house was estimated to be completed. We explained to Wade that timing was crucial and we had to be in before the baby arrived. Even with some weather delays early in the project, Wade held true to his promise and we were settled into our new home exactly one month before our baby was born! We appreciated Wade’s ability to make a realistic and accurate building schedule and stick to it for the duration!

The quality of construction is amazing. Wade and his crew took no short cuts regardless of cost or time and this shows in their final product. The quality goes beyond what the dollar figure shows…Wade definitely gave us higher quality than what we paid. The cost of our project was fair, honest and a good value. The payment schedule Wade has established is well documented, clear and understandable. We always were aware of what was being spent and where we were with our budget. We were also impressed with all the sub-contractors and their work plus their respect for Wade spoke volumes to us!

We thoroughly enjoyed the building process and were sad to bid the crew and Wade farewell when we were completed. Wade and his staff made an indelible mark on our family’s life, he created the home of our dreams and we feel so indebted to him! A day doesn’t pass that we look around our house and say, “We LOVE our house!” It is a satisfying feeling knowing that our 3 boys will always call this incredible place “home” forever. We could go on for pages about our awesome experience with Hoyt Homes but we’ll just close with telling you that Hoyt Homes is a honest, high quality and fun company that will produce a home beyond your expectations!"
