“I began in construction in 1965 working summers for my dad doing drywall. After years of working in the construction industry on the west coast, I came to Missoula to frame a house for my little sister. One thing led to the next, and I have stayed busy building in Missoula ever since.
The construction business which I began with the craftsmanship of custom homes in 1992 has grown into a larger company and our team now builds custom homes, remodels, restoration projects, new neighborhoods and small commercial projects.
The success of Hoyt Homes is consistently reflected in the satisfaction of our customers. Working with homeowners to help them realize their ideas, and dreams for their homes, gives me a sense of accomplishment.
I have a commitment to this industry and make time to volunteer as part of the leadership team for the Missoula Building Industry Association (MBIA). As a two-time President of the MBIA, a past Builder of the Year (1999, 2009 & 2012), and a current MBIA board member, I am inspired to help other builders become better business people and to help promote a dialog between the business and the home builder communities.

WADE HOYT
Founder and Owner
Wade has experience in every aspect of construction, with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Hoyt Homes began as a small construction company over twenty years ago and its steady growth is a testament to Wade’s reputation for honesty and quality craftsmanship. Wade takes a hands-on approach to running the company and client interaction, providing a personal touch to the daily progress of every project.
BRANDON
Superintendent/Project Manager
Brandon provides site supervision and project management. He has 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Brandon provides quality assurance and adherence to schedule while coordinating with subcontractors to ensure maximum efficiency. He is equally involved in the day-to-day communication with clients, providing a high level of customer service. Brandon is EPA Certified for Lead based paint renovation. He graduated from Concordia University Irvine with a BS in Business Administration while being a collegiate scholar athlete and captain on the men’s soccer team.
JULIE
Lead Project Manager
Julie has been working in construction and development for 5 years as a project manager. She has worked on both residential and commercial projects. Julie has a complete understanding of the construction process from breaking ground to delivery of keys to the homeowners. She also handles majority of the office and clerical duties for Hoyt Homes.
DUSTIN
Superintendent
Dustin provides site supervision and crew management. He graduated from the University of Montana Construction Trades and Technology Program. He is knowledgeable in advanced framing techniques and all aspects of home building. Dustin has been with Hoyt Homes for 6 years.
